Code of Conduct complaints and Hearings Panel procedure
The Committee approved the draft minutes of the 10 June 2026 hearing as a true record. It also approved two changes to the Hearings Panel Procedure: a seven working day limit for full written decisions, and official recording of hearings at the Chair's discretion. It delegated authority to the Monitoring Officer, with the Chair of the Committee, to make the changes.
