The Committee agreed that the Chair should write to the Cabinet Member, Cllr Sarah Merry, with the Committee's comments and observations. The Committee also resolved to exclude the public from the part of the discussion covering exempt information.

Lansdowne Primary School: relocation and contractor procurement
Cabinet authorised funds for the main contract needed to accommodate the school at the former Fitzalan High School site. It delegated to the Director of Education & Lifelong Learning, after consulting named Cabinet members and officers, decisions on the procurement process, including documents, criteria and contract award. It noted the revenue and capital costs of moving the school. Appendix 2 is exempt from publication, so the amount is not given in the minute.
