Housing Revenue Account Business Plan 2023-2024

Housing Revenue Account Business Plan 2023-24 and longer-term housing development and neighbourhood regeneration
The Cabinet approved the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan 2023-24 for presentation to Welsh Government. It noted the scale and complexity of the longer-term housing development and regeneration programmes in the 30-year HRA business plan. It approved a new Assistant Director post for Housing Development and Regeneration, and delegated authority to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing and Communities, to start recruitment under the usual senior appointment procedures.

Cynllun Busnes y Cyfrif Refeniw Tai 2024/25
Cabinet approved the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan 2024/25 for presentation to Welsh Government. The HRA is the ring-fenced account for council housing. Appendix 4 is exempt from publication because it contains financial or business information about a person.
