Appointments to outside bodies
Council approved a nomination to the SEWCJC Governance and Audit Sub-Committee, as set out in the Amendment Sheet. It approved a nomination and appointment of a new non-executive director to the Cardiff Bus board, and the company's proposed appointment of Mrs Jen Doody as an executive director. It also approved the nomination of Councillor Garry Hunt for consideration and appointment by the Cardiff Bus board as its new Chair.

It delegated authority to the Corporate Director (Resources) and the Monitoring Officer to advertise and run a panel to appoint an independent Non-Executive Director to Millennium Stadium Plc. It approved a Member Appointment Panel of three Labour, one Liberal Democrat and one Conservative members to interview candidates and make that appointment.
