Annual Property Plan 2024/25
The Committee supported moving Wolf's Castle, Llanishen, from the Investment Estate to the Housing Revenue Account. It agreed that the Chairperson write to the Cabinet Member with the Committee's observations and recommendations.

Annual Property Plan 2024/25
Cabinet approved the 2024/25 transactions list and Annual Property Plan in Appendix 1. It also approved moving the former Wolf's Castle, Llanishen from the Investment Estate to the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), the ring-fenced account for council housing, at the value set out in Confidential Appendix 4. Appendix 4 is not published because it contains exempt information.
