Maindy Park Trust: independent advisory committee
Council approved the recommendations, so it agreed to set up a Maindy Park Trust Advisory Committee, with the membership and terms of reference in paragraph 6 of the report. Cabinet had agreed the recommendation on 28 September. The amendment to pause work was lost.
Policy Review and Performance Scrutiny Committee. Scrutiny committees question decisions and can recommend changes. They don't make the decision.

The Committee agreed that the Chairperson would write to the Cabinet Member with the Committee's observations on the way forward.
