Appointment of two Independent Members and a second term for Dr Janet Wademan
The Committee agreed to recommend to Council that two Independent Members listed in Appendix A be appointed from 1 December 2026, subject to satisfactory references, for an initial five-year term with the option of one further five-year term. The Committee also agreed to recommend to Council that Dr Janet Wademan be appointed for a second five-year term from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2031.
