Fairwater Community Campus: funding for enabling works
The Cabinet authorised the total funds needed at this stage from the Council's Sustainable Communities for Learning Band B programme, subject to Ministerial approval of the Final Business Case, to start enabling works for the Fairwater Community Campus. It noted the commitment needed for early works orders, so the project can progress at risk before a contract is entered into.

Fairwater Community Campus Band B redevelopment
Subject to Ministerial approval, the Cabinet authorised funds from the Council's Sustainable Communities for Learning Band B Programme, set out in a confidential appendix, for the final business case. The funds will pay for the main building works. The Cabinet noted that early works orders had already been committed to progress the project at risk, before a contract for the main works is signed.
