Cardiff Bay regeneration: two new attractions on council land
The Cabinet agreed in principle to dispose of land to Nordic Urban in line with the Heads of Terms in Confidential Appendix 3. It agreed in principle to dispose of land to Skyview Towers Ltd in line with the Heads of Terms in Confidential Appendix 7. It delegated authority to the Director for Economic Development, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Investment and Development, the Section 151 Officer and the Legal Officer, to complete both disposals.
