Hybrid Working Policy Framework
The Cabinet approved the Hybrid Working Policy Framework. It delegated the detailed development of the HR Hybrid Working Policy to the Head of Paid Service, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, Modernisation and Performance, based on the framework.
Policy Review and Performance Scrutiny Committee. Scrutiny committees question decisions and can recommend changes. They don't make the decision.

Agreed that the Chairperson, on behalf of the Committee, writes to the Cabinet Member conveying the Committee's observations.
