Cabinet approved the draft Corporate Plan 2023-26, subject to amendments, for consideration by Council on 9 March 2023. It agreed the council's response to Scrutiny Committee recommendations. It delegated power to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader, to make consequential amendments before 9 March. It recommended that Council delegate power to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader, to make minor amendments after 9 March and before publication by 1 April 2023.

Corporate Plan 2023-26
Council approved the draft Corporate Plan 2023-26, subject to any amendments. It rejected two amendments: one from Councillor Cowan to defer the plan, and one from Councillor Carter to send it back to Cabinet to be strengthened. It also gave the Chief Executive, after consulting the Leader, authority to make minor changes before publication by 1 April 2023.
