Council housing rents and service charges 2026/27
Cabinet approved the proposed approach to rent and service charge setting for council-owned homes for 2026/27. It noted the financial pressures on the Housing Revenue Account (HRA), the ring-fenced account for council housing. It also noted the support available to tenants who may struggle financially.
