Old Library lease change and Mansion House sale
The Committee agreed that the Chair would write to the Cabinet Member with the Committee's observations and recommendations on the way forward. The minute does not record a decision on the proposals themselves.

Heritage assets update
Cabinet approved, as superior landlord, the surrender of the Virgin Money underlease at the Old Library on the terms in confidential Appendix 1. As direct landlord, it approved varying the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama (RWCMD) lease on the terms in confidential Appendix 3, and authorised the legal officer to complete the transactions. It approved an open market exercise to attract investment into the Mansion House, with the final decision on the preferred option to come back to Cabinet later.
