The Committee agreed that the Chair, on behalf of the Committee, will write to the Cabinet Member with the Committee's observations and recommendations.

Budget monitoring: final outturn 2025/26
Cabinet noted the revenue and capital outturn position for 2025/26. It also noted that this report will form an appendix to the Financial Statements report, to be considered at a Council meeting in autumn 2026.
