Corporate Plan 2024-27
Cabinet approved the draft Corporate Plan 2024-27 for consideration by Council on 7 March 2024. It agreed the response to Scrutiny Committee recommendations and delegated authority to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader, to make consequential changes to the plan before Council considers it. It recommended that Council delegate authority to make minor amendments after 7 March and before publication by 1 April 2024.

Corporate Plan 2024 to 2027
Council approved the draft Corporate Plan 2024-27 (50 for, 12 against, 8 abstentions). It also gave the Chief Executive power, after consulting the Leader, to make minor changes before publication by 1 April 2024. Two opposition amendments were rejected: one to defer the plan, and one to send it back to Cabinet. Each was backed by 22 members and opposed by 48.
