Licensing Sub Committee
Review of the Brewhouse premises licence
The Sub Committee did not remove the Designated Premises Supervisor, Kris Williams. It accepted that there had been some failings at the venue, but was satisfied they were being addressed through measures the business outlined. It did not think it proportionate to attach the police condition on non-glass vessels, because the business had moved away from standard glass. It did not think it proportionate to require ID scanners through a licence condition at this time. It found the police's proposed walkway condition impracticable and not appropriate. It accepted the 16 conditions the licence holder had agreed, with condition 10 amended to state 'All incidents of disorder which the premises is aware, including sexual assault'. It also accepted the premises plan on page 240 of the bundle.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
