Senior management structure update
Cabinet approved the Tier 1 and Tier 2 senior management structure in Appendix C, after considering the consultation responses. It referred the role profiles and terms of four new posts to the Employment Conditions Committee. It asked Full Council to approve recruitment to the Director, Children's Services post and to the creation and advertising of two new director posts, on 25 September 2025. It delegated power to the Chief Executive to implement the structure, subject to Full Council approval.
