RESOLVED – That: (1) the Committee endorse the Statement of Principles for Gambling; (2) the policy be presented to Council for approval.

Gambling licensing policy 2025-2028
The Council approved the Statement of Principles for Gambling (also called the Gambling Licensing Policy) for 2025-2028. It will be published on 1 April 2025 and adopted for use from 12 May 2025. It authorised the Head of Shared Regulatory Services to make minor administrative changes to the statement from time to time. The vote was unanimous in favour, with no votes against and no abstentions.
