The Council's Draft Response to the Panel Performance Assessment Report 2024/25
RESOLVED – That: (1) the Committee notes the report and recommendations of the Panel Performance Assessment; (2) the Chairperson and officers collaborate on draft the Committee’s response capturing comments made during the debate.

Panel Performance Assessment
Cabinet noted the Panel Performance Assessment report and recommendations. It approved the Council's proposed response to the three recommendations. It delegated power to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader, to agree any later changes to that response. It agreed that the report go to Full Council for noting.
Council. Full Council sets the budget and council tax and approves major plans.
