Education Investment Strategy Caerdydd 2024-2033
Cabinet noted the annual report on the Sustainable Communities for Learning programme and adopted the strategy. It approved the schemes prioritised under the 2024-2033 rolling programme so that a programme business case can go to Welsh Government for the Minister's approval. It noted that individual projects will need their own business cases and are indicative for now. It noted that the Cathays High School project will no longer use the Mutual Investment Model, a different funding route, but will become a capital project in the rolling programme. It delegated to the Director of Education and Lifelong Learning the task of developing operational plans to deliver the strategy's success measures.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
