The Cabinet resolved that Full Council be recommended to agree to accept an executive delegation from Torfaen County Borough Council to carry out its procurement functions, subject to a satisfactory Delegation Agreement. It recommended delegated authority for the Corporate Director Resources, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, to conclude that agreement. It also recommended that day-to-day responsibility sit with the Operational Manager, Commissioning and Procurement.

The Council agreed to accept an executive delegation from Torfaen County Borough Council to carry out its procurement functions, subject to a satisfactory Delegation Agreement. It delegated authority to the Corporate Director Resources, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, to conclude that agreement. It agreed that day-to-day responsibility for the delegated functions sits with the Operational Manager, Commissioning and Procurement.
