RESOLVED that the Committee recommended to Council: (i) that the Governance and Audit Committee Role Description and Person Specification (Appendix 1) be approved; and (ii) that the proposed composition of the shortlisting panel be approved.

Recruiting two lay members to the Governance and Audit Committee
The Council approved starting recruitment for two lay members. It also approved the role description and person specification, and the proposed membership of the shortlisting and interview panel.
