AGREED: (i) to accept the content of the report to better enable Committee to gain the necessary assurance to respond to the consider the following question: Enquiries of those charged with governance – in relation to laws and regulations:Q2) How does the Governance & Audit Committee, in your role as those charged with governance, obtain assurance that all relevant laws and regulations have been complied with?”; and (ii) that Committee had gained assurance that all relevant laws and regulations had been complied with.
