It was RESOLVED that Rev Gareth Ioan be elected Vice-Chairman of the Council for the ensuing Municipal year, 2025-26. An email had been received from Rev Dr John Tudno Williams stating that this meeting would be his last as a representative of the Presbyterian Church of Wales.
