Feasibility study on Yr Hafod care home, Cardigan
Cabinet approved progressing and completing a feasibility study on redeveloping Yr Hafod Residential Care Home in Cardigan, in line with the Through Age and Wellbeing Strategy. It also agreed to present the findings and plan to the Healthier Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee before returning to Cabinet.

RESOLVED: • to note that a corporate feasibility study will include Blaendyffryn Farm at nil cost to the trust; and • subject to the tenant participating in the study, that officers will report back the findings of the study at the next available Committee after the study concludes.
