Counter Fraud Strategy & Protocol
AGREED to (i) approve the Counter Fraud Strategy; (ii) approve the Counter Fraud Protocol; and (iii) due to an ongoing Audit Wales report on Fraud an update on both strategy and protocol would be provided at the March meeting, and the Fraud assessment and Annual Fraud Strategy would also be presented at the June meeting.

Counter Fraud Strategy and Counter Fraud Protocol
The Committee agreed to recommend that Cabinet approve the Counter Fraud Strategy and the Counter Fraud Protocol.
