RESOLVED to grant Councillor Lloyd a dispensation to speak and vote on the TB motion to Council that would be considered at their meeting on the 20 April 2023 on the grounds that the participation of the member in the business to which the interest relates is justified by the member's particular role or expertise (Regulation 2(f)) The dispensation was granted for the meeting of the Council on the 20 April 2023 and subsequent Council meetings if required, but doesn’t exceed six months.
