AGREED to note the Committee’ assessment was that: (i)Group leaders were compliant with their statutory duty to take reasonable steps to promote and maintain high standards of conduct by group members; (ii)Group leaders were compliant in their statutory duty to co-operate with the Committee in the exercise of its functions; and (iii)to note the current position would be included in the Ethics and Standards Chair’ Annual Report

AGREED:- (i) to note that the Group leaders and the Committee work together, frequency of meetings, compliance threshold and revised compliance mechanism, and 2) to approve the revised Compliance assessment template as presented.
