Draft Performance Management Policy Statement and Performance Management Framework
Members agreed to recommend that Cabinet receive and endorse the Draft Performance Management Policy Statement and Performance Management Framework, to adopt an updated policy statement and framework that set out the guiding principles for performance management in the Council.
