Parking charges on Aberystwyth Promenade
Cabinet approved the charging model for parking along Aberystwyth Promenade, from Castle Point to Constitution Hill, and approved making the Traffic Regulation Order. The charges are £3.50 for 2 hours and £5.00 for 4 hours, from 8am to 8pm every day of the year, and they do not apply to bays reserved for Blue Badge holders only. Cabinet also noted the suggested replies to objectors and the scrutiny feedback, and charging will start as soon as possible after the Notice of Making is published.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
