AGREED to (i) receive the Self-Assessment Report 2021/22 including the Annual Review of Performance and Well-being Objective; and (ii) continue to scrutinise the report in order to improve performance in the future.

AGREED: (i) to note the content of the report; (ii) the Draft Self-Assessment Report would be updated based on the recommendations of the Governance and Audit Committee,and (iii) the final version would be reported to its meeting on 24 January 2024.

RESOLVED to: 1. Approve the Self-Assessment Report 2022/23 including the Annual Review of Performance and Well-being Objectives, and 2. Approve that the Corporate Well-being Objectives to remain unchanged for the next year.
