Annual report on compliments, complaints and information requests 2025-26
Members agreed to note the annual report and the performance in 2025-26. They agreed to support its submission to Cabinet and noted members' view that the extra staff in the Complaints and FOI Team should be kept where possible.

AGREED to (i) note the contents of the Annual Report of Compliments, Complaints and Freedom of Information 2025-2026 and the supporting information; and (ii) that consideration be given as part of the forthcoming budget-setting process to options for retaining the temporary additional resources beyond the current fixed-term arrangement.
