RESOLVED- (a) That the planning policy specific findings and recommendations of the Conwy Town Centres First Study (Appendix 1 of the report) be approved. (b) That the Conwy Town Centres First Study, as part of the Replacement Local Development Plan evidence base, be approved and inform future policy drafting. (c) That delegated authority for the Head of Regulatory and Housing Services to make minor changes to the Conwy Town Centres First Study, following consultation be approved.
