RESOLVED: a) That the Capital Strategy for 2023/2024 be approved. b) That the Treasury Management Strategy and Prudential Indicators 2023/2024 - 2025/2026 be approved. c) That the Investment Strategy 2023/2024 – 2025/2026 be approved. d) That, in future, non-performing assets and associated costs be included within the Capital Strategy.
