Corporate Redundancy and Restructuring Policy revision
The committee supported the revised policy and recommended that Cabinet approve it, subject to two amendments. Section 4.10 is to state that staff stay entitled to redundancy pay if they feel a trial period has not worked. The policy is also to refer to the offer of an exit interview, and the council is to make every effort to offer one.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
