Planning Committee
Nine homes at Glynton, Glan Conwy, with revised affordable housing
Members were minded to grant conditional planning permission, which means approval in principle, subject to a Section 106 agreement (a legal agreement with the developer) securing two affordable homes on plots 1 and 2. If the matter is not resolved to the satisfaction of the Development and Building Control Manager within 12 weeks, planning permission is to be refused. The Development and Building Control Manager, a senior council officer, was authorised to issue the decision under delegated powers.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
