Action plan on recycling and waste audit report
The committee agreed to refer the external regulatory report and action plan to the Governance and Audit Committee, to provide assurance that the recommendations are being addressed. This was subject to a change to the action on recommendation 2, so that it gives more detail on work with Regulatory Services on enforcement and preventing fly-tipping.
