RESOLVED- That Conwy’s Sustainable Communities for Learning Strategic Outline Programme be approved. Councillors Chris Cater, Goronwy Edwards, Julie Fallon, Charlie McCoubrey, Geoff Stewart and Aaron Wynne all declared a personal interest in the above item, as they are all Local Authority School Governors. As the interest was not considered prejudicial, they were able to speak and vote on the matter.
