RESOLVED: That the application be deferred pending a Tree Report and landscaping scheme. Councillor Austin Roberts declared a personal interest in the above item as he is the Local Ward Member and used to be employed by the applicant’s uncle. As the interest was not considered prejudicial, Councillor Roberts was able to speak and vote on the matter.
