Local Housing Market Assessment 2022 to 2037
The committee recommended that Cabinet approve the revised Local Housing Market Assessment 2022-2037 as the Council's evidence base. It recommended that Cabinet approve sending the assessment to Welsh Government. It also recommended delegated authority (power for an officer to act without a further meeting) for the Head of Strategic Housing Services, after consulting the Cabinet Member for Housing, Homelessness and Service Change, to make minor changes if Welsh Government updates its calculation tool or methodology.

Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
