Panel Performance Assessment report and draft response
Members recommended to Cabinet that the Panel Performance Assessment and draft Management Response be recommended to Council for approval. Members also agreed that an informal meeting of all Members be arranged to discuss the Panel's action plan.

Panel Performance Assessment and draft Management Response
Cabinet recommended that Council accept the Panel Performance Assessment Report and approve the draft Management Response, subject to two changes. The changes are Action 12, to introduce an annual rolling Forward Work Programme, and Action 13, to recognise retention and recruitment issues for senior resource capacity. Cabinet also agreed that a meeting of all Members be arranged to discuss the action plan.
