Economy and Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee. Scrutiny committees question decisions and can recommend changes. They don't make the decision.
Winter gritting on the Great Orme, Llandudno
The committee recommended to Cabinet that further consideration be given to prioritising Ty Gwyn Road, Llandudno, for gritting, and that a broader review be carried out to reassess gritting routes and access to combat isolation in rural parts of the county. Following a vote, the recommendation was agreed. The committee took no final decision itself; the proposal now goes to Cabinet.
Cabinet. The Cabinet makes most of the council's decisions.
Gritting on the Great Orme, Llandudno
Cabinet agreed that the current arrangements of 10 primary gritting routes continue, with a periodical review of the routes. It did not support adding Ty Gwyn Road, Llandudno, to the primary routes.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
