RESOLVED: a) That the revenue estimates for 2023/2024, as submitted to and agreed by the Cabinet at its meeting on 21 February 2023, be approved and that all of the expenditure be classified as Council Fund expenditure and, therefore, there is no category of special items expenditure as defined in Section 35, Local Government Finance Act 1992. b) That it be noted that the Cabinet Member for Finance, Revenue and Benefits confirmed under delegated authority on 1 December 2022 the calculation made in accordance with Regulations made under Section 33 (5), Local Government Finance Act 1992 that:-…

Revenue Budget 2024/25 and Council Tax Rise
They set a Council Tax rise of 9.67% for the Council's part of the bill (8.9% for Council services and 0.77% for the North Wales Fire and Rescue Authority levy), giving a Band D charge of £1,733.37. The vote was recorded, and 12 councillors voted against.
