RESOLVED: a) That the Planning Committee be minded to grant conditional planning permission. b) That the application be referred back to the next meeting of the Planning Committee on the basis that the resolution is contrary to Officers’ recommendation. Note: Councillor Chris Cater declared a personal interest in the above item as he works closely with the applicant’s wife. As the interest was considered prejudicial Councillor Cater left the meeting whilst the matter was being discussed and voted on.

(Note: Councillor Chris Cater declared a personal interest as he works closely with Councillor Carol Beard, who is the applicant’s wife and also represents the Penrhyn Ward.
