RESOLVED: That the Corporate Issues Register and Corporate Risk Register be noted.
Cabinet. The Cabinet makes most of the council's decisions.
Corporate Issues and Risk Registers
Cabinet agreed that further work will look into the fall in Conwy's population, and that this will be given higher priority in the risk register. It noted that the speed of service change does not support delivery within a balanced budget, and marked Corporate Issue 20 (programme management support) as high risk rather than medium. The registers were then adopted, subject to these changes.
