RESOLVED- That the draft Standby Policy be approved. During discussion of the above item, Councillor Nigel Smith declared a personal interest, as a close relation works for the Council. As the interest was considered prejudicial, Councillor Smith left the meeting whilst the item discussed and voted upon.
