Colwyn Bay Waterfront Project, Phase 2b - Public Consultation and Selection of Preferred Highway Layout
RESOLVED- That Option 1 (Highway Layout B) be approved, to progress the preferred highway layout option of introducing 1-way traffic heading eastwards on West Promenade and retaining 2-way traffic along Cayley Promenade, supplemented by additional safety and traffic flow improvements requested by the community, on to the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) process.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
