Fees and Charges Policy and fees review update
The Cabinet approved the Fees and Charges Policy, subject to two minor amendments. The first replaces a reference to the Localism Act in paragraph 3 with the Local Government and Elections Act 2021. The second clarifies paragraph 7.3 on when formal consultation is needed before prices change.
