RESOLVED- That North Wales Social Care Market Stability Report – 2022 be recommended to Council for approval. (Councillor Aaron Wynne declared a personal interest in the above agenda item, as a close family member works in the care sector. As the interest was not considered prejudicial Councillor Wynne was able to speak and vote on the matter.)
