Draft Annual Governance Statement
RESOLVED: (a) That the above amendments be made as part of the review of the draft Annual Governance Statement for 2021/2022 and the accompanying Local Code and Governance Framework and that an amended version be presented for approval as part of the Statement of Accounts. (b) That, for a trial period only, an email be circulated with a link to the draft Governance and Audit Committee minutes when they are published.

Draft Annual Finance and Governance Report (Statement of Accounts) 2022-2023
RESOLVED: a) That the Council’s draft Statement of Accounts for the financial year 2022/2023 be noted. b) That the unaudited Conwy Harbour Authority Annual Return for 2022/2023 be noted. c) That the letter received in March 2023 from the Auditor General for Wales be noted.
